1Introduction

Auto Internal Linker ('we', 'us', 'the plugin') is a WordPress plugin sold and distributed by the plugin author. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you purchase and use our plugin.

2What data we collect

When you purchase a licence through Lemon Squeezy, they collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)
  • Purchase metadata (plan, date, invoice)

The plugin itself, installed on your WordPress site, collects no personal data. It reads post titles from your own database and stores a keyword index in wp_options. No data is sent externally unless you opt into Claude AI Mode.

3Claude AI Mode & API keys

If you enable Claude AI Mode, your post titles are sent to the Anthropic API for keyword extraction. The API key you provide is stored in your WordPress database (wp_options), encrypted at rest if your server supports it.

4Licence validation

The plugin periodically validates your licence key with Lemon Squeezy's API to confirm active status. During validation, your WordPress site URL and licence key are sent to Lemon Squeezy. No other data is transmitted.

5Cookies

Our website (autointernallinker.com) does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use a strictly necessary session cookie for checkout purposes (via Lemon Squeezy). The plugin itself places no cookies on your or your visitors' browsers.
